1. Nature of Services

Booming Bulls Finserv Private Limited provides research recommendations, educational programs, and market insights related to financial markets. Fees are charged towards research services, analytical insights, and knowledge resources.

The Company does not provide assured returns, guaranteed profits, or portfolio management services. All investments are subject to market risks.

2. Fee Structure & Advance Payment

Fees for research services may be charged in advance as mutually agreed with the client, in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

Any renewal of services shall be based on fresh consent and payment from the client.

3. Premature Termination & Refund

In case of premature termination of research services by either the client or the Company, the client shall be eligible to request a refund for the unexpired portion of the subscription period.

● Such refund shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis

● Refund amount shall be determined after adjusting for services already rendered and applicable charges

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refund shall not be applicable in the following cases:

● Change of mind after availing services

● Lack of usage of services

● Dissatisfaction due to market performance or outcomes

● Personal financial losses

● Fees attributable to the period for which services have already been rendered

5. Subscription Cancellation

Clients may cancel services by submitting a written request via email to info@boomingbullsfinserv.com.

● Cancellation shall be effective from the date of request or as mutually agreed

● No charges shall apply for cancellation

● Refund, if applicable, shall be processed as per Clause 3

6. Duplicate / Erroneous Payments

In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors resulting in multiple charges:

● Clients must notify within 7 working days with valid proof

● Upon verification, excess amount shall be refunded within 7–10 working days

● Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment

7. Refund Process

● Refund requests must be submitted via email

● Each request will be reviewed and processed in a fair and transparent manner

● Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days

● Refunds shall be made only to the original payment method

8. Risk Disclosure

Research services are based on analysis and interpretation of market data. Market investments are subject to risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

No refund shall be provided for losses incurred due to market movements.
